A Quick Summary
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit
You own the content you add to Superseek. We do not use your content for any purpose other than to provide answers based on it

Do you store my content?
We only store the text from the web pages or documents you provide and not the actual files themselves. We do this for the sole purpose of providing responses based on it.
We automatically delete any documents you upload to Superseek immediately after the content is embedded in our vector database (Supabase) unless you explicitly request us to retain the documents for the purpose of displaying them as references in the bot’s responses.
You are the owner of the content you add to Superseek. We do not use your content for any purpose other than to provide answers to questions based on it.
Where is my content stored?
The text from the web pages you add and the documents you upload are securely stored with Supabase once it’s been converted to embedding vectors using OpenAI.

Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in the US.
Can anyone else access my data?
No. Your data and all uploaded data are encrypted and securely stored.

If you request us to investigate any support-related issue, we will be able to access some of your content and settings, but this is only if you give us explicit permission to do so.
Does OpenAI use my content to train their models?
